The ABYSSINIA is a classic traditional dry-processed Ethiopian coffee. It is earthy and rustic with a smooth full body, ripe fruit and cocoa flavours with refreshing hints of fresh pine and lemon.
In the region of Kaffa a goat herder by the name of Kaldi is said to have discovered coffee, whether the legend is true or not, archaeological evidence places the origins of Arabica coffee beans in central Abyssinia, known today as Ethiopia.

Love Abyssinia I used to drink instant coffee until I tried Vital Coffee. Abyssinia is definitely my favourite and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try fresh roasted coffee but doesn’t like the strong flavours. It actually smells like chocolate!!
